David Gullick

David Gullick is a Ramsgate based Architect and current chair of the design forum. He has a wealth of experience with conservation and heritage projects as well as new build developments.

 

Jeremy Fazzalaro

heritage consultant

Jeremy was a conservation officer for a local authority in Kent and currently works as a heritage consultant. He lives in Ramsgate.

 

Michael Foley

Historic Building Surveyor
 

Michael grew up in Ramsgate and was a carpenter for 25 years but now runs a local RICS regulated building surveying practice, which operates exclusively in the historic environment.  

 

Diane Harvey-White

Heritage consultant

Diane Harvey-White is an interior designer and heritage specialist based in Ramsgate.

 

Gabriel Holland

Interior Designer

Gabriel Holland is an interior designer with over 20 years experience working on  residential & commercial projects including many historic properties.  Gabriel has also advised on the use of traditional paint colours within listed buildings in her role as a colour consultant.

 

Ivan del Renzio

Architect

Ivan del Renzio is an Architect based in Ramsgate. He also lectures at the University of Kent at ungergraduate and graduate level specialising in environmental design and sustainability.

 

Paul Shearer

Paul is a freelance journalist and writer. Having started in broadcast comedy for TV and radio, he switched to journalism and wrote about property for The Times, Bricks and Mortar and The Financial Times, House and Home. His grandfather, father, mother, brother and sister all trained as architects.

 

Theresa Smith

Artist

Theresa Smith is Director of Mooch, a socially engaged, Ramsgate based, public art practice which has been responsible for several iconic artworks in the town including The Crown, The Ramsgate Meridian 5.41 and PERFUGIUM MISERIS.

 

Hazel Thomson

Hazel Thomson is an Architect who runs a joinery and cabinet making business in Ramsgate. She is a registered Architect and holds a NVQ in Bench Joinery level 2.
